Do You Have One??

Well, it has finally started! We now have a storage unit..... half full I might add! The process of reducing, reusing, recycling or just down right pitchin' it out has begun......

What a (hmmmm how can I put it without completely displaying my resentment towards the whole process???), ah, yes, a "challenge"..... that's what it is. Many hours have already been spent riffling through piles of accumulated paperwork, home schooling supplies, clothes, linens, and kitchen stuff. Next in line will be crafts, sewing, tools, and my children's favorite.... TOYS!

I have a question though... It's what I happen to be dealing with right now...... "the drawer". It lives in my kitchen, this drawer. Strangely it has sucked into it's black hole type vortex various items like.... batteries, shower curtain hooks, postcards, tools, hardware, pens, pencils, sticky notepads, rocks (yes, I counted 7), scissors and my personal favorite.... the wine glass flip flop with "bling". It goes quite nice with Gabbiano Pinot Grigio.

I have tried to keep the chaos to a minimum but find that it has spread now to my living room floor. It's really not so bad. There's the "to go through" pile, the "the gone through" pile, the "thrift store" pile, the "recycle bin", and Ellen's Science Fair project.... wait.... that's not supposed to be there!!


Uh oh, I hear a power tool running..... Alex is off to Vegas for a few weeks so it must be one of the kids....bye
